Renal cell carcinoma development is shaped by VHL loss and the resulting HIF-driven angiogenic phenotype, and by the central role of immunotherapy in current treatment. The Altogen Labs collection includes 786-O and A498, both widely used VHL-deficient models; Caki-1; RXF393; G401 for rhabdoid tumor; and the Renca syngeneic murine model, which provides an immunocompetent platform for checkpoint inhibitor and combination immunotherapy work.

Ovarian cancer carries a poor prognosis, with five-year survival substantially lower in advanced disease, and platinum resistance drives clinical failure.
